Saksham Naari began with a simple idea — that every woman has the ability to move forward. Here is why that belief shapes everything we build.
Saksham Naari did not begin simply as another new initiative. It began with a simple idea — that every woman carries within her the ability to move forward. All she needs is the right opportunity, the right skills and a platform to grow.
Even today, many women in our society are remarkably talented. They have the desire to learn, the passion to try something new and the dream of standing on their own feet. Yet all too often, they lack access to the right guidance, skill training and opportunities.
Saksham Naari is our effort to bridge this gap.
Our goal is not merely to offer courses or award certificates. It is to provide skills and learning opportunities that help women become more confident, capable and self-reliant.
We want to grow every course, every training programme and every Saksham Naari Centre with this same belief — that learning should not stop at information, but should translate into real capability and new opportunities.
This is only the beginning.
The journey ahead is one we will walk by continuing to learn, continuing to improve, and bringing skill and learning opportunities to more and more women.
