A journey from opportunity to self-reliance. Saksham Naari began with a simple yet important belief — there is no shortage of talent, but opportunities do not reach everyone equally.
Across India's small cities, towns and villages, countless women want to learn, develop new skills and stand on their own feet. Yet they often face the same challenge — a lack of the right guidance, accessible training and learning opportunities close to home.
Saksham Naari is a skill development and women empowerment initiative created to bridge this gap. Our aim is to connect women with practical skills, digital learning and new opportunities, so that each of them can grow in line with her own interests and abilities.
Saksham Naari believes that with the right opportunity and guidance, every woman can build her own identity. Whether a woman wants to —
Saksham Naari was launched in 2026 to make skill development and new opportunities more accessible to women, with the goal of offering quality, practical training within their own communities.
But our vision goes beyond training alone. We are building a strong network that connects:
Our goal is to take skill development beyond big cities and into small towns and local communities.
Saksham Naari's journey has only just begun. In the years ahead, we aim to expand our skill development programmes across a wide range of fields.
Our goal is not simply to add more courses, but to build a better ecosystem for women — one that supports them from learning all the way to growth.
The principles that shape every course, every centre and every learner's experience.
Every woman's circumstances are different. Some are short on time, some carry family responsibilities, and for others, simply reaching a training centre is difficult. That is why we strive to create learning opportunities that respect women's real needs and situations.
We believe quality skill training should not be limited to big cities. Through local training centres and digital learning, we aim to bring learning opportunities to as many women as possible.
We focus on practical skills that help women prepare for employment, start self-employment, grow their own small business and explore new career opportunities.
For us, learning is not just about completing a course or earning a certificate. True success is when a woman feels confident within herself and can decide to move forward using her skills.
